It just seemed uncertain up until the very end. BECU watched the rates and locked in the very lowest rate that day and made sure they got me the lowest interest rate that day. I had to redo a bank statement and pay stubs because they expired....

All in all met expectations there was a little disconnect on docs submissions as there were several requests for docs I had already handed in?
It seemed so easy. Communication was great. Loved that I could do all but the closing online.
