Everyone I worked with was extremely polite and nice. However I felt like I had to send in the same documents several times and I was having to send reminder emails on everything because it was difficult at times to get a response.

Very smooth and pain-free experience. Katie was easy to work with and communicated everything effectively. PrimeLending navigated all obstacles efficiently and we even closed two days early!
