Kristine was always accessible, answered any questions I had, explained thoroughly, was kind and compassionate about the challenges of building and buying a new house and getting a mortgage. I’m very happy she was our loan officer.
Kaitlyn was awesome! Underwriting was slow and we didn’t get “cash to close “ amount until night before a 10am closing . We had a 9am walk thru and closing at 10am. So inconvenient and last minute!
Everything went as planned and no surprises at closing.
