Great experience

Matt and his team are extremely informative and professional with great personalities. Matt is easy to work with and always makes the transactions seem simple and easy to understand. Highly recommend.

He is so patient. He is always willing to answer whatever questions we have in a very prompt manner. Matthew is absolutely wonderful to work with. Will definitely want to work with him in the future.

There seems to be gap with underwriter and Loan officer on requirements. Loan officer should be fully aware of documentation require for loan. That would have avoided lots of back and forth. I had to escalate to manager due to lack of response...
