Patience, consistent effort, and clear communication throughout the entire process.
This was my first time going through this process and Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to walk me through every step and was patient with all my questions. I would reccomend him to everyone!

It seemed like Mrs Willard made it a point to be concerned about EVERYTHING that might affect the closing of the deal which was something so new and out of the norm. She did an excellent job.
