Excellent communication, information on the steps and needs on the process, follow up for pending matters. Ingrid Loyola is great, she is always responsive and caring of the customers
The online system is very user friendly, very simple to use. Communication was very prompt and professional. I was always prompted to check documents and would get a call or text to keep me on track. It was a pleasure working with everyone.
