Found it very frustrating dealing with 5 different processors asking for the same documents. Would have been better to work with just one processor familiar with the loan. Also, when I had a question, I could never reach any of the processors....

Carl made the whole process as smooth as it possibly , this is my first home finance so it was all new to me and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
