I worked mostly with Karina. She was on it. It was a constant back and fourth to make my loan work. Getting paperwork and making sure it all fit together to slide it thru the final approval. Thanks Karina!

I realize the situation was complex, as the seller provided items late and the closing had to be extended. 100% the biggest difference would be more timely communication from the loan processor, and secondarily, easier access to the loan officer....
