Some communications were slow. I prefer to work with local lenders to keep close communication.

Chad, I'm pleased to hear that you found the service great and helpful. Providing assistance whenever needed is important to me, and I'm thankful for your positive feedback.

Daniel is a leader and when it is time for him to step in and take control of a situation, he is fast to step in. He is great at communicating and works hard to get each transaction taken care of!

Daniel was very nice HOWEVER at some point there was miscommunication and my buyers documents were sent to the wrong title company . I gave all documents to the title company on their contract but someone set up closing with a different title...

Better communicatio especially at the beginning when there was uncertainty with the loan. Better communication with the LO and customer. More education from the LO to the customer.

Daniel was supportive throughout the whole ordeal. I'm thankful for him!
