Jim Koops is easy to work with and has answered my questions quickly. I had reservations about doing a refinance with a lender via the internet, but after my dealings with Northpointe I prefer it.
I've used Alan Lacey at Northpointe for three refinances. He's always been knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and courteous. I intend to keep him as the first option in any future refi or new mortgage.
