Ian helped me out on every step and made sure I understand the process. There were some last moment changes he took care of them as well.I would recommend Ian to any one .
it was good working with Brett and all my queries were answered on time. my overall experience with Northpointe was excellent. the entire process of refinancing went seamlessly well and closed on time.
Ian provided everything I needed in a timely manner. Usually you have to wait several days for a loan officer to return an email or phone call, not Ian. Right away. I would recommend him in a heart beat.
Working with Matt was easy. He answered all my questions as a first time home buyer and got me a great rate that saved us a lot of money. I would definitely recommend checking out northpointe.
