With rates continuing to go lower we just completed a second refinance (first in 2016). It went smoothly and I'd recommend anyone to work with Ian. Quick response to emails and his team has been a pleasure to work with.
Wanted to refinance to make another large purchase so we needed to close on time. Overall, I was happy with the experience, just wish banks would include a better Closing document draft when you are initially applying for the loan.
Brett was so incredibly helpful. He made the process super easy. I attempted to refinance a year ago with my bank. The process was cumbersome and the communication was poor. Highly recommend Brett at NorthPointe. He will not disappoint!
