We just closed our 3rd loan with Ian and as always the experience was quick and easy with no surprises. Highly recommend for a worry-free refi or home purchase loa .
Online access was easy to navigate. Matt Howard, my loan officer, guided me through the entire process. He always responded to my questions in a timely manner.
From the date I applied online and also submitted likely underwriting needs, the loan was underwriter approved in 5 days!!. We signed our closing documents two weeks from the date we applied. Rate was very good as well!
Matt was very transparent with the process and was very patient with all questions I had. I was able to get a great deal and get all our closing done in a fast a convenient time frame.

This was our 3rd or 4th time working with Ian and this refi was super smooth. Ian was it easy, was always available to answer questions, and our loan closed even earlier than we anticipated at a great rate.
I've refinanced with Matt (Northpointe) a couple of times and he's great to work with! He makes the process very easy and has great communication. Northpointe was also able to meet another companies fees so overall I highly recommend.
