Brett and the team were very easy to work with and prompt in responses to correspondence. We had an existing loan that we were converting in a refi and it went quickly and better than any previous experience we had.

Tim is the best. This is the 3rd time I’ve financed with Tim and will again in the future.
The process was very easy from the application to submission of documents to closing the loan. Very easy and fast.
