Instead of being in a haste to close, you need to listen to your consumer. Need to research a problem that a customer has mentioned and provide solutions than providing a quick response that's inaccurate.

Communication was excellent, very helpful with all questions asked. The interest was very good. would like them to push back on some of the third party fees I received.

The ask from the Title company was rediculous. There was a lack of communication. Fee kept changing. We were told we needed to wire one closing cost amount and then come closing time the amount was totally different. We had to find a different...
