Russell was the great part. The not so great part were rules and regulations needed to get loan. I'm sure most were put in place to protect elderly but some went too far. Two letters from doctors verifying dementia were very difficult to get...

Nathan help us trough the whole process which was seamless and expedited; always available for advise and support,Also provide reference on city as well on assurance we might be interested on... overall great experience
