She truly was amazing to work with! My file was having issues due yo last minute changes! but she was on top of it! ( wasn't her fault at all! ) something no one can control! But having her help made my clients happy . she was a blessing!!

I felt like a very valued customer.

Communication was prompt and clear. Ease of providing documents. Out of all our previous experiences, this was by far the best experience we have had for the loan process.

The whole experience with the entire team was very unpleasant. The constant requests for documentation all the way even after we got clear to close. Very unprofessional and by far my worst closing experience.
