It was overall an easy process and easy to understand. Everything was answered in a timely manner, and we didn't feel anxious about anything.

The whole experience with the entire team was very unpleasant. The constant requests for documentation all the way even after we got clear to close. Very unprofessional and by far my worst closing experience.
