Communication was prompt and clear. Ease of providing documents. Out of all our previous experiences, this was by far the best experience we have had for the loan process.

The whole experience with the entire team was very unpleasant. The constant requests for documentation all the way even after we got clear to close. Very unprofessional and by far my worst closing experience.
