Jeff was very great to communicate with. He was very attentive to questions I had and was timely with getting back with me. He was great to work with. We did have a very long process as far as getting everything for our loan approved, 2 appraisals...

The home buying experience is miserable. Too many government regulations. I found that the Churchill staff were very easy to communicate with. I could easily speak with a rep. w/o automated prompts. Emails and phone calls were quickly returned....

With the distance between us and the amount of paperwork going back/forth, emails, phone calls, i believe it was a very smooth transition getting us to closing. All questions were responded and answered in an expedient manner.
