Jeff is a responsive communicator, always got back to me right away and kept me in the loop during the entire transaction..
This was my first time taking out a mortgage and Jeff helped make the process as smooth and as painless as possible (in spite of Equifax's best efforts to make it painful).

Lack of communication entire process top to bottom.
No care for customer what's so ever!

The information that is very important to accelerate the proces was asked in a clear manner. Nothing is prefect, in fact, at the end of the approval process there was a delay, possibly due to email issues, but it got straightened out.
