Jeffrey was awesome through our whole process with Churchill. He was very clear in his communications with us and very helpful to answer all the questions we had. Our realtor even commented on how on top of things he has been compared to others...

Jeff and everyone at Churchill were always available and very quick and easy to communicate with throughout the loan process. They made everything very easy.

There were a couple of points along the way where I didn't understand things that had large financial implications. Jeff was helpful after the fact... and thorough in explaining... but would have been better upfront.Also, the seller was paying...

Deliver product in timely manner so the customer doesn't have to pay more and when the delay is not the customers fault, they shouldn't be responsible to pay more. Prompt vendors to keep timeline on point. I am very disappointed in the service...
