Michelle was easily accessible and helped answer all our questions, even while on vacation! She made us feel at ease with the loan process and we never felt like we weren't being taken care of. Highly recommend!

I felt that the communication between staff was an issue. I had to send the same documents to different people multiple times. It just seemed like things weren’t being shared between staff and it was just a lot to keep finding different documents...
