Your ads indicate we could have a heloc instead of a loan so that felt a bit deceptive to be forced to do a loan. We preferred a heloc. The mistakes of the loan processor Shawn on the closing docs and the checks were an issue as well. Overall...

The entire process was disorganized from the beginning. After more than 2 months, I still don't have a penny of the money we borrowed and the closing documents we received are for another family. Where are my closing documents?

Bob and Crystal were always fast to respond and took my fears like champs! They were patient and kind and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. I was so stressed and they were there for every steps.
