When we had a issue right before closing. Michael quickly responded and was able to get the change done quickly. So we were able to still close that day

The Winters family enjoyed working with Mick Everson during this process. He made it easy to understand. His knowledge was very informative.

Better communication about exactly what was expected for the repairs on the house. We thought we understood, but it kept coming back to us. Very frustrating. I felt Tim's frustration with us about it in the way he emailed with lots of shaming...

All personnel should be on the same page. I received conflicting information from them. It was very frustrating to be told something by one person to have another person tell you the information was wrong.

Work with time available, work night shift time available usually early morning would call mid afternoon when informed multiple time for time available, communication on time frame when documents need to be in, would ask for important papers...
