knowing up front what all the underwriter would need. There was too much miss communication. And appraisal person took 2 weeks to fix a report. An Exciting experience just turned out to be a stressful event until the end.

My Loan Officer, Ms. Jury was exceptional ! She took in consideration that I was working night shift hours (11p-7:30a) and communicated very well in spite of my hours. I am forever grateful!
