Throughout the process the entire loan team did very little to keep my buyer informed of the process or answer questions. I was (as the buyer's agent) talking buyer through things that should have been handled by the lender. Same lack of communication...

He went out of his way to learn about a Kentucky housing assistance program through the state and went through training all to assist the buyer which was great but unfortunately it took almost 6 extra weeks to close the deal, so it was hard...
