This group of professionals are easy to work with, they are very responsive and on top of things. They allowed my buyer to have a smooth transaction, and was able to giver her a killer deal with down payment assistance!

Got referred to Dianne after primary lender spent a month jerking me around. Within 3 weeks I was funded and in a home. I had all the qualifications, just needed an experienced advocate and Dianne came through where it counted.
