Smooth process! Everything was done online which was a great time saver for me! We had one hiccup at the end and it was quickly resolved. Chris and her team were very easy to work with!
The communication from Alycia and her team was efficient, expeditious, and informative. We appreciated them every step of the process.
The process and communication was terrific. Bill was even available over a couple of weekends for calls. If I called and could not get through, Bill was quick to respond back.
