Ruthann exemplified what it means to have quality customer service. She kept in communication with us throughout the whole process and was always available to answer any questions. She was timely, efficient and a great client advocate!
It would have made it better if once escrow had occurred in the early morning that loan funding had occurred on the same day. It took another 24 hours before funding occurred. James was very apologetic for the delay.
Better transaction if there was more honesty to support initial sales pitch, transparency, attention to details, lack of staff rudeness. James was selling one product, did not truly take customer needs into account.
