Ruthann is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. She is an excellent communicator. The process went smoothly. This is our third loan with her. We would absolutely use her again, but doubt we’ll ever find a loan lower than what we got!!!
I think it was largely COVID related but it was a grueling and long process for a loan with A paper and assets. But, again, i think it's COVID related.
