This Guy knows his stuff and makes it easy from start to finish.
Erik checked in with us regularly, and was friendly and professional throughout the loan process. Even when there were unexpected hiccups, Erik made sure everything was moving along and that we knew what was needed to move forward.

Eric was there for me every step of the way. Whether I sent an email or left a phone message he always responded in a short period of time. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very professional. I had a great experience.

Kenneth was always available for any questions and took the time to answer all questions. He made the experience pleasant and got us everything we needed.
It seemed like any time we would wonder how things were going, we would get a status update. There things take time, but, keeping us current on the status was excellent.
Great customer service
When there were issues internally were things weren’t getting done by certain employees there should’ve been a change. This took six months to refinance. Obviously the employee who was let go or quit was not doing her job.
