Erik was very informative, organized, very responsive. Very smooth process.
Christopher did a great job of taking care of us. It was the support team who he handed things off to that did not get back to us or answer simple questions.
Not all departments seemed to have what they needed and didn't communicate in a timely manner for our original closing date. After that was taken care of thing went very smoothly
