Was able to get in touch when needed, things were clear, easy process
Everyone kept in touch and communicated with me at all times
I was repeatedly asked for documents I had already provided. It took weeks to get to closing vs previous re-financing process in the past. It is absolutely ridiculous that I am forced to pay off debt with pre-printed checks made out to my debtors....
