Kim is very professional and so nice which makes her so easy to work with. She does her job to the tee and never had to worry once that things weren't getting done. She is a pleasure.
Mike was very professional and went above and beyond in getting me into my first home. He took his time explaining things and made the point to educate me through the process.
Informed multiple times that the address on the documents were incorrect, Loan Officer was defensive and insinuated that the fault was with me even though the incorrect address does NOT even exist. Multiple instances of this left the situation...
