Our Mortgage Loan officer, Olivia kept in touch and got us the best deal.

There was literally ZERO communication from Tonya. I called her 4x one day with follow ups in email and she finally 3 days later, text me a brief respone.After calling her 2 more times for an update on our file... she still NEVER called me...

Do not use this mortgage lender. He was unresponsive to problems, told us 3 days before closing we had to bring an additional $20,000 to closing, made excuses when problems came up instead of addressing them and would refuse to return our relators...

Carrie was very helpful in educating us about the entire loan process, as we were first time home buyers. She patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we understood what was happening and what was to come. It was a pleasure working...
