Tonya was always there when I had questions and replied in a timely manner. This was my first time refinancing and she made it such an easy and painless experience for myself.

Great communication between Bjorn and team letting me know the documents that were needed and answering any question I had.

What made my experience great was that Jim was always quick to respond to calls or emails. He made us very comfortable with the transition.

Matt and the team were very helpful, especially during the COVID "crisis" things took a little longer and there was a few hurdles on my side but they helped me right through it.
