The loan process is complex but Shane made it easy. He even came out to my home to pickup and deliver printed documentation, such service.

Bjorn & his team we’re accessible & conscientious. They responded quickly- Bjorn’s follow up was excellent. Easy to get ahold of him & if he wasn’t helping me directly, he assured others on the team followed up.
