Unfortunately the transaction had a lot of difficulty due to lack of attention to detail which would have been easily avoided if more attention was paid to the terms of the purchase agreement and other documentation/information provided.
Communication was great. Amy took time to thoroughly explain over the phone when I had questions. Responses and the overall process was easy and efficient.
