I believe a lot of angst came from the nature of this deal and the loan type transition etc. I appreciated Matt's excellent communication, always being available and always willing to work out solutions.
Jeff was always available when I had any questions and one step ahead in the process to make sure we had everything ready to go in a market where speed was critical.
Easy and because of pandemic other then the closing all was done via email
We have always had great experiences with New American Funding and Amy is the Best!
