Lack of communication in regards to what the underwriters were doing and the constant requests for additional paperwork, some of which had been previously submitted.

They were fast in providing pre-approval which was very timely for an opportunity I needed to jump on. Generally very easy to work with the whole staff especially Jenna L. who has been the most helpful and respectful person to work with.

Communication could have been better. I wasn't sure who was emailing me, there were 3 or 4 people sending me things to sign and requesting info. Docs were sent to print and sign but also sent to electronically sign which was also confusing....
