Amy was fairly easy to work with. Some of the requirements for the loan seem excessive, for example having to write and sign letters for every question that came up.
Robin was so great to work with. She answered our questions patiently, was extremely responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way!
Doug was thorough and made us as first time home buyers very confident! Thank you Doug!!

Closing didn't go as smoothly as possible. Appraisal was done the very last minute; not to say that is the fault of Matthew, but perhaps Management should have been brought in sooner on this matter.
