Quick turnaround but don’t get fooled with rates given at pre approval. Agreed rates swayed by closing time but we had to close quick n they didn’t negotiate on the int rate at all . Client service wasnt that great either. Too many lil things...

Had an awesome experience with Matt and his team. They were awesome to work with and made getting the funds for our new home really seamless and stress free!
