Earnest kept the entire team informed each step of the way. He responded to every emailed and phone call in a timely manner and helped to get my client to closing table earlier than anticipated! Earnest did a top notch job!!!

The only part of the process that caused any stress/issue was underwriting. First having to prove that my daughters accounts were not mine. Second having them tell our insurance agent that the HOA of the property we were buying did not hold...
