Tyler moved very quickly to help us close in 18 days at the sellers request. he also recommended the all in one loan to help us pay our mortgage down faster and avoid opening a HELOC separately.

Everything went fairly well. It was easy to get done, and I generally felt the the loan teams were trying to help us navigate our way to a new loan as easily as they could.
