More frequent updates would have been more helpful. There wasn't much explanation on the closing documents and the changes that were made last minute. Other than that everyone was very pleasant. :) Grateful for the assistance!

It would have been nice if someone called to go over closing details. Response time was long at times. Closing details changed last minute and no one let us know other than an email, with no explanation.
