More updates would have been appreciated and a more accurate closing cost before 1 day prior to closing.

The items that were missing and changes made were due to the home builder and not Northpointe. Chad immediately contacted the builder, had the documents altered and a check cut for overpayment within a few minutes of observing the issue.
