She kept in touch with us throughout the process. The only item we had a real problem with was the appraisal. We didn't see it as being fair. It was a long and tedious process and she took care of us the entire way.

Shy-Anne made the process supeer simple and convienent. She was very responsive to questions and concerns, even after hours. She stayed on top of things for us and reminded us if there was anything we missed.
