I had great communication the whole loan process and was kept up to date everyday. I got replies right away to my emails or messages. I had a great experience overall and happy we chose Ruoff for our Mortgage.
We wish that during the pre approval process it was made known to us that all funds for closing should be in one account 60 days prior to closing in order to avoid a lot of back and forth during the underwriting process.
