I'm thrilled to hear that you had a great experience, Janetta. It was a pleasure working with you, and I appreciate your kind words about my communication and knowledge. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Very friendly. Communication was on point. Was upfront about the process and all fees and very knowledgeable. Unlike another company I attempted to use before coming to Ruoff.

Hi Brian! Thanks for the great review. I was really happy to meet you and of course, happy we got it done for you. Now you are the homeowner! Congrats. Maybe we will see you around. Take care. Best wishes.
Couldn't have asked for better service. Before coming to Ruoff. I was working with someone at Bailey & Woods. My experience there was horrible.

Jennifer was great in all aspects, however, we really appreciate the time she spent to send us numerous pre-approval letters during our 3.5 year home search!
